Viande de porc française.

 

Ingrédients

Filet mignon de porc cru et saumuré 87 %, eau, sel, dextrose, conservateur: nitrite de sodium, antioxydant: isoascorbate de sodium, arômes naturels. Fumé au bois de hêtre.

 

Décongélation & préparation

Avec décongélation.
Cuire en cocotte 45 minutes au court bouillon frémissant accompagné d'un bouquet garni.
